Step 1:
How to make a Number One Cake for a year? Prepare the products according to the list. Eggs can take categories C0 or C1. Honey is best used floral. Wash the eggs and dry them with napkins.
Step 2:
In a non-stick, spacious saucepan, cut the butter into pieces and add honey. Put the pan on the fire and melt everything. But do not heat it to a hot state.
Step 3:
In a separate bowl, combine the eggs with sugar and shake them a little with a whisk. There is no need to beat anything, just mix it.
Step 4:
Melted butter (not hot!) combine with the egg mixture and mix everything well. Now put the pan back on the fire and, with constant stirring, bring its contents to a boil.
Step 5:
Remove the boiling mass from the heat and immediately add soda. Mix everything actively. In this case, the soda will react with honey. The mass will begin to foam and increase in volume. Now set aside this honey mass and let it cool down to a warm state.
Step 6:
Then pour the sifted flour of the highest grade into the honey mass and knead the dough. You may take more or less flour than I do. Therefore, focus on the consistency of the dough.
Step 7:
The dough will stick to your hands a little. But do not rush to add more flour. This should not be done, as it will make the dough heavier. Cover the bowl with the dough and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Step 8:
During this time, the dough will cool completely, infuse and it will be convenient to work with it. And now it won't stick to your hands at all. Divide the finished dough into 3 parts and roll each into a thin layer of dough.
Step 9:
Cut out the number one from a sheet of A4 paper.
Step 10:
Using this stencil, cut out the number 1 from the dough. Prick it with a fork over the entire surface so that the dough does not rise in bubbles when baking. Put the figure in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 4-7 minutes (the time depends on your oven). Do not go far from the oven - the cakes are prepared very quickly. Do not bake the cake too much. It should turn a little golden in color. Bake all the cakes and cool.
Step 11:
To prepare the cream, combine cream with a fat content of at least 33% with powdered sugar and whisk into a fluffy cream cream. Then stir in the cream curd cheese at room temperature.
Step 12:
The finished cream will be thick enough.
Step 13:
Using a pastry bag, put the cream on one cake. Cover with a second cake.
Step 14:
So assemble the cake. Put it in a lockable box and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours so that it gets well soaked, but does not dry out. Why put it in a box? This is necessary so that all the moisture from the cream does not evaporate, but is absorbed into the cakes.
Step 15:
After a few hours, decorate the cake to your liking. For decoration, you can use sweets, cookies, fruits or berries. Have a nice treat!
Be prepared for the fact that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
