Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Products for cooking. Chicken fillets should be thoroughly washed under cold running water. If you bought a fresh pineapple, it must be cleaned, washed, diced pulp.
Step 2:
Chicken fillet cut into large pieces.
Step 3:
In a deep container (you can take a saucepan) put the pieces of chicken fillet. Salt a little, pepper to taste, add dry spices.
Step 4:
Add soy sauce and ketchup, olive oil, mix thoroughly. Cover the pan or other container with a lid or film, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 5:
Mix the marinated chicken fillet with pineapple slices and put it in a mold. If you have canned pineapple, you can add part of the canned syrup to the mold for juiciness of the future dish. It is not necessary to lubricate the form with oil, since a lot of liquid will be released during the cooking process and the dish will not burn. We send the chicken with pineapples to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Step 6:
After the specified time, we take the finished dish out of the oven, let it cool down a little and we can start tasting.
