Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
I prepare the necessary products for cooking cheesecakes in the oven.
Step 2:
I put cottage cheese in the bowl of the combine, add all the other components sugar, sour cream, butter at room temperature, chicken egg, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and mix everything.
Step 3:
I put the finished mixture into a bowl, pour the raisins, previously washed in hot water and dried with a towel. I mix everything, distributing the raisins evenly over the entire mass.
Step 4:
Leave the mixture for 15-20 minutes to swell the semolina.
Step 5:
After that, the mixture is laid out in molds, filling them into 1/3 of the mold.
Step 6:
Put in a preheated oven to 190 degrees and bake until golden brown.
Step 7:
I let the finished baked cheesecakes cool slightly and take them out of the molds.
Step 8:
I put it on a dish, you can use sour cream, jam, fresh berries and melted chocolate for decoration. Enjoy your meal!!!
If you want cheesecakes to be lighter and dietary, cook them not in a frying pan, but bake them in the oven. You can always change the dish to your taste by adding berries, nuts or raisins.
