Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. To cook a turkey with zucchini in the oven, we will need: 400 g turkey fillet; 300 g zucchini; 50 g tomatoes; 1 clove of garlic; 2 tbsp vegetable oil; ground black pepper and salt to taste.
Step 2:
Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and cut into small pieces.
Step 3:
Wash the zucchini and cut into semicircles or circles if the diameter of the vegetables is small.
Step 4:
Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into slices. I used cherry tomatoes, which I cut in half.
Step 5:
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Step 6:
Combine turkey, zucchini tomatoes and garlic in a bowl.
Step 7:
Pour 1 tbsp vegetable oil over the vegetables, add salt, pepper and mix.
Step 8:
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Put the meat and vegetables in it. Bake the turkey with zucchini for about 40 minutes at 180 ° C.

In addition to the listed vegetables, you can add some carrots and potatoes to the dish.
In addition to baking in the oven, turkey with zucchini can be put out in a frying pan, saucepan, cauldron or in a slow cooker with the addition of a small amount of water or broth. And also fry.
If you cut everything into small pieces, then this dish is suitable for small children from 8-9 months, when it's time to teach them to eat pieces in addition to various purees. However, in this case, it is better not to add a tomato (if there is an allergy) or replace it with some other non-allergenic vegetable, such as potatoes.
My child's vegetable purees from zucchini broccoli and cauliflower are still loved, although he is already 7 years old, and from meat - turkey. He loves them from infancy. Therefore, when it came time to switch to a more solid food, I chose this combination. However, it was not baked in an open form, since the meat on top acquires a slightly hard crust, which is difficult for a child to chew with his miniature teeth, but baked either in a pot in broth or stewed in a frying pan.
