Cooking method
Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil, salt. In boiling water (only in boiling water!) pour out the noodles and mix. When the water with noodles boils again, turn down the heat and cook until tender for 5-7 minutes. We throw the finished pasta into a colander and return them to the pan. To prevent the noodles from sticking together, add a piece of butter.
In a deep bowl, whisk the eggs, cream, sugar and salt until smooth. We take a suitable baking dish and lubricate it with butter. Spread the cooked noodles in a uniform layer. Fill it with a creamy egg mixture, evenly distributing it over the entire form. We put our dish for 25-40 minutes, in an oven preheated to 220-250 degrees.
The casserole should be beautifully browned on top and thoroughly baked in the middle.
Ready-made noodles with egg cut into portions, lubricate with butter on top and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
