Cooking method
1. Wash the onion, dry it, cut it diagonally along with the white part. My cilantro, cut finely.
2. Put the onion and cilantro in a bowl, pour lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, add salt, mix.
3. The carcasses of the whiting are washed, dried, rubbed with salt and pepper. Breading each carcass in flour, spread on a baking sheet, sprinkle with vegetable oil, send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees.
4. Bake the fish for 15 minutes on one side, turn to the other side, bake for another 5 minutes.
5. We spread the whiting on a dish, pour the previously prepared sauce with herbs and serve it on the table.
