1. Defrost the cod so that it is cut with a knife. We make 2 steaks 1.5 centimeters thick.
2. Roll in spices, sprinkle with lemon juice to taste.

5. Bulgarian pepper is cleaned and cut into thin pieces.
6. Potatoes are just not enough for complete happiness. We cut flat circles of potatoes.
7. In the baking sleeve, we put all the layers carefully, without hurrying. The fish should lie on the carrot. Potatoes went around the perimeter, the rest is thrown in a picturesque mess.
7. We close the sleeve, make several small holes for ventilation.
Bake in the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees.
8. After baking, it does not look presentable, you need to work hard to serve the dish beautifully, adding fresh herbs and tomatoes, for example. But very tasty.
