Step 1:
How to make rolls with red fish? Prepare the products. You can take any red fish, lightly salted, like mine, or smoked. Choose puff pastry to your taste: purchased, homemade, yeast or not.
Step 2:
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Finely chop the fresh dill. Mix the cheese and dill in a bowl. Add a tablespoon of fatty sour cream. Mix the mixture well, it will be a substrate for the main filling of fish.
Step 3:
Roll out the finished puff pastry to a thickness of 0.6-0.7 cm. Cut it into elongated triangles, it's simple - look at the photo. Put the cheese filling on the wide part, and on top - one or two pieces of red fish. Twist the dough into rolls.
Step 4:
Place the rolls on baking paper in a baking dish or on a baking sheet. It is not necessary to lubricate the paper with oil. Separately, in a bowl, whisk the raw egg yolk with a fork and lubricate the surface of the rolls with it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
