Step 1:
Prepare the products.
Step 2:
Wash the fish fillet, dry it, cut it into convenient pieces.
Step 3:
Chop the loaf in a blender into crumbs.
Step 4:
Put the bread crumbs into deep bowls, add a pinch of salt to the flour and mix. Beat the eggs, adding 0.3 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper.
Step 5:
Pan the fillet. First roll in flour, then dip in egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
Step 6:
Place the prepared fillet on a grate or on a baking sheet, placing baking paper or a silicone mat.
Step 7:
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
