Cooking method
1. We clean and gut the Sevryuga, clean out the black film inside, cut out the gills. The already cleaned sevryuga is thoroughly washed under running water. 
2.Sprinkle the carcass with lemon juice. Garlic is cleaned, passed through a press, garlic gruel is mixed with salt and the resulting mixture is rubbed with sevryuga outside and inside.
3. Spread the fish belly down on a baking sheet pre-greased with vegetable oil, send it to the oven preheated to 190 degrees, bake for 40 minutes.
We put the finished sevryuga on a large serving dish, decorate it to your taste, serve it on the table.
