Cooking method
1. Wash the fish, remove the fins and all the insides, rinse again. The prepared carcass is dried with a paper towel and cut into pieces about 3 cm thick .
2. We line the heat-resistant form with foil with a reserve, pour vegetable oil on the bottom, put pieces of hake, sprinkle with salt and spices, smear the surface with mayonnaise.
3. Peel the onion, cut into rings and half rings for a change, spread on the mayonnaise layer.
4. Tomatoes are washed, dried, cut into thin circles and spread on top of onions.
5. We lift the edges of the foil up and pack the fish so as to completely cover the surface. We send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour.
6. 5 minutes before cooking, open the foil and sprinkle the surface of the dish with grated cheese.
That's such a beauty turned out! It's a pity that it's impossible to convey the aroma hovering in the kitchen - it's just stunning!
