Wash the thighs well, dry them, sprinkle with salt, a mixture of peppers and seasoning.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the garlic.

Gently pull off the skin and use a sharp knife to make cuts in the meat, where possible, around the bone. Try not to make slits through. The cuts in the hams should be stuffed with grated cheese, pressing it well inside together with chopped garlic.
Step 5:
Add a little more salt to the meat and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Pull the skin gently. Lubricate the ham with sour cream or mayonnaise.
Step 6:
Place in a baking dish lined with parchment and lightly greased with vegetable oil.
Step 7:
Bake the most delicious and appetizing ham stuffed with cheese in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-45 minutes until a beautiful golden crust. Serve warm with vegetables and herbs.
