Cooking method
1. Pour the milk into a bowl, pour sugar and break the eggs. Mix with a whisk.
2. Pour out the semolina, mix, leave the semolina to swell. It usually takes about 20 minutes.
3. After waiting for the prescribed time, we introduce flour with baking powder, butter (pre-soften), vanilla and poppy seeds into the dough. Mix it up.
4. Pour the dough into a baking dish, pre-greasing it with vegetable oil.
5. Bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40 minutes.
Let the mannikin cool in the mold, then remove it and serve it on the table.
