A delicious dessert dish is a super option at any time of the year! I fried pancakes - they turned out to be so thin, almost transparent. Ate with honey and jam - to whom that. But then the idea came to me to use the cottage cheese that my mother gave me the other day. That's how the appetizing leaves appeared on the dining table. No one was upset with the selected pancakes, but on the contrary, because the leaves are even better!

Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, break one egg, pour half the sugar (50 g) and vanilla. Mix everything thoroughly and rub it.

Put the filling on the edge of the pancake (1 tablespoon will be enough) and tightly roll it into a roll. Thus, we fill all the pancakes. It is advisable to trim the edges on both sides with a knife.

Grease the mold with softened butter, put pancakes in it.

In a separate container, mix sour cream with the remaining egg, pour flour and sugar, stir thoroughly. The resulting mass is filled with pancakes.

We send the mold into the oven, preheating it to 180 degrees, and bake until a pleasant golden blush appears on the surface.
