Cooking method
The chicken is washed under running water, dried with paper towels, cut in half (along the back) to make it easier to work with it.
In a small container, mix salt, dry spices, ground black pepper. Rub the chicken with the resulting mixture.
Mix the liquid smoke with oil and use a silicone brush to coat the chicken evenly. Leave to marinate for 40 minutes.
In the oven, install the grill, on the level below - the baking sheet. We put the chicken on the grill (it is desirable to wrap the wings with foil, since there is a chance of burning) and bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for about 40 minutes.
When the specified time expires, we check the meat for readiness and, if necessary, bake more.
