Cooking method
1. Three cheese on a coarse grater.
2. Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.
3. Mushrooms are thoroughly washed, cut into thin plates.
4. Put the onion and mushrooms in a frying pan, add vegetable oil and fry until fully cooked, salt and pepper.
5. We remove the shells from the sausages, cut them in half lengthwise, then carefully make grooves in the center of each half (conveniently with a teaspoon, only the walls should remain about 5 mm, otherwise the boat will fall apart during cooking).
6. Cut out the middle of the sausages finely cut and fry for just one minute along with mushrooms and onions.
7. Fill the grooves of the sausages with the prepared filling, make a mesh of mayonnaise on top.
8. We spread the sausages on a baking sheet, sprinkle each with grated cheese on top and send it to the oven, heating it up to 200 degrees. Cook for about 15 minutes.
