Cooking method
Pour water (it should be warm) into a bowl, add dry yeast and honey, mix. Sift the flour into a separate deep bowl, add the yeast mixture, vegetable oil and salt. Knead the soft dough, leave for 15 minutes.
The dough has come up a little during this time, we crumple it, roll small balls of arbitrary size and put them in a baking dish, pre-greasing it with vegetable oil. We leave the pampushki for half an hour - let them come a little.
Beat the egg in a cup and lubricate the buns with a silicone brush (or with your hands).
Bake the dumplings in an oven heated to 200 degrees (I won't say for sure, I have it for 35 minutes, in other models of the oven it may be more or less - focus on the ruddy crust).
Wash the parsley, cut it finely. Garlic is cleaned, squeezed through a press into a bowl, pour vegetable oil and water, and add salt. Put the parsley in the garlic mixture, mix.
We lubricate the finished pampushki with garlic mixture and serve it on the table.
Delicious and appetizing!
Eat with pleasure!
