Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Rub cottage cheese (I have 9%) through a sieve
Step 2:
Add semolina, eggs, salt, sugar. Mix everything up
Step 3:
Leave for 10 minutes. Pour semolina or flour on the table
Step 4:
Make a circle, lay out the filling, I have a blank for pies, which I roll up for the winter in the apple season. You can use apples - peel, cut, sprinkle with sand and put in a frying pan over low heat. You can put chocolate. The filling can be any one you like
Step 5:
Close with another circle. I like to make large cheesecakes, more filling and easier to make. You can make them small, you can use cupcake molds
Step 6:
Put on a baking sheet on baking paper in a preheated 180° oven
Step 7:
Bake for 20 minutes. Take it out of the oven and you can eat
Step 8:
Can be with sour cream. Delicious hot and cold. Bon appetit!
