Lamb with olives and sweet pepper in the oven

Cooking method
1. Cut the zest from the lemon, grate it on a grater. Squeeze the juice from the lemon into a separate container.
2. Pour white wine into the juice.
3. Peel and chop the garlic.
4. Remove the stalk and seeds from the Bulgarian pepper, cut the pepper into strips.
5. Clean the fish, remove the gills, insides, rinse well.
6. Then put the fish in a baking dish.
7. Add chopped garlic, bell pepper, olives to it.
8. Sprinkle everything with salt and pepper, pour a mixture of wine and lemon juice.
9. Sprinkle the zest on top, sprinkle with olive oil.
10. Put the mold in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.
