Peel and rinse the new potatoes under running water. Pour it into a suitable baking dish and smooth it into one layer. Put pieces of butter on top, add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the mold with foil and bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. When the potatoes are soft, remove the foil, shake the baking dish, bake for another 10 minutes. The new potatoes are ready. When serving, sprinkle with chopped dill.
