We start the preparation of sour cream marinade with lemon. Thoroughly rinse it under running water, wipe it with a kitchen towel.Rub the zest into a plate. After that, we put the lemon on a cutting board, cut it in half and squeeze out the juice. For our recipe, 1 tablespoon is enough.
Step 3:
Finely chop the parsley with a sharp knife.Garlic is crushed on a cutting board in small pieces of arbitrary shape.
Step 4:
In a bowl, put sour cream, oregano, lemon juice with zest, garlic, vegetable oil, salt and ground pepper. Mix everything until smooth.Pour out the parsley and mix again with a tablespoon.

We put the chicken in a regular plastic bag and carefully, helping ourselves with a tablespoon, pour the marinade. Tightly twist the package and mix the contents several times so that the marinade evenly covers all the chicken drumsticks.
Step 6:
Then we put the package with chicken in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 7:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, take out a bag of chicken from the refrigerator and put the shins in a baking dish.After the oven has warmed up, set the baking tray and bake the meat until fully cooked for about 45 - 60 minutes. During this time, the chicken should be completely baked.
Step 8:
Mashed potatoes, pasta of any shape, boiled cereals will serve as an excellent side dish.
