Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Boil potatoes in a uniform, peel, cool. Dice the onion and garlic .
Step 2:
Cut eggplant into slices lengthwise. (I use a Berner grater in such cases).
Step 3:
Fry the eggplants in vegetable oil. Remove from the pan. Fry the onion and garlic in the same pan, then add the minced meat and continue frying until the liquid evaporates. Stir very well from the lumps! You can use a blender. Season with salt and pepper, add your favorite spices and herbs. (I've recently had one of my favorite spices, this is Svan salt, but it still needs to be found, and you can do with any other seasonings).
Step 4:
Cut potatoes into circles. (Berner's grater performs again)
Step 5:
Cut tomatoes into thin slices too. If there is no Berner grater, use a sharp knife.
Step 6:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put minced meat, tomatoes, eggplants and potatoes in a row in the form, etc.
Step 7:
Now dry the flour in a frying pan, add the butter, bring to a boil on a slow flame and add this mixture to the boiling milk. Put the sour cream and add the egg.
Step 8:
Salt, pepper and pour this sauce over our casserole.
Step 9:
Bake for 45 minutes on medium heat.
Step 10:
Serve our delicious casserole with your favorite vegetables. Bon appetit!
