Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Products needed for cooking cutlets. All vegetables are peeled and washed. The minced meat is defrosted. I cooked it earlier for the future and froze it in the freezer. I have minced pork and beef, you can take any other meat that you prefer.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Coarsely cut vegetables. The bread crumb is soaked in milk or water.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Grind all vegetables in a blender to the consistency of mush: carrots, cabbage, onions, garlic. Bread crumb soaked in milk (or water) can also be crushed in a blender. All these products can be ground together with meat in a meat grinder, if you do not have pre-prepared minced meat.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Put sour cream, chopped vegetables in a blender, bread crumb together with the remaining milk (water) after soaking, egg in a deep bowl to the minced meat, add spices, pepper, salt.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. We get such a homogeneous mass. You can beat off the finished minced meat several times by taking it out of the bowl and throwing it back. This procedure softens the minced meat and at the same time allows the cutlets to keep their shape.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

We form cutlets, giving them the size and shape that you like best, and immediately put them on a baking sheet (preferably with a high side), pre-greased with sunflower oil. Add a little boiling water, put the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the cheese. In the middle and at the end of cooking, pour the cutlets with juice, which will stand out when baking.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

At the end of cooking, we move the cutlets closer to each other, sprinkle liberally with grated cheese. We keep the cutlets in the oven for a little longer until the cheese melts and forms a melted crust. It is not necessary to brown much so that the cutlets remain juicy inside. That's all, the cutlets with cheese in the oven are ready, and the family is already there: they came to the kitchen for a delicious smell! We eat and enjoy!
