1. Mash the cottage cheese well or pass it through a meat grinder. Add eggs, semolina, salt, sugar and vanilla. Mix well and let stand for 30 minutes. Then add the slaked soda, raisins and flour. You need so much flour that the dough does not stick to your hands. Knead the dough well.
2. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Form cheesecakes from the dough and put them on a baking sheet.
4. Bake at 180 * 30-40 minutes, until browning.
Serve with sour cream!
