Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
For meatballs, we take any minced meat. I have beef, but it's better to take pork-beef. Add egg, salt, ground pepper, semolina (you can put a piece of bun soaked in milk instead). Mix, add a little water and beat the minced meat in a deep bowl for 3-5 minutes, adding water if necessary, but so that you can then roll the balls out of the minced meat. It took me about 1/3 of a glass.
Step 2:
Let the minced meat brew a little, while we melt the butter and turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Step 3:
The baking dish is liberally lubricated with melted butter and put meat balls into it, which we mold with hands moistened with water, d2 cm. Then we cover each ball with a brush with melted butter. We put the mold in the oven and bake the meatballs until browning. It takes me 20 min.: 10 min. at a temperature of 200 degrees, then I increase the temperature to 220 and rearrange the shape above.
Step 4:
Now we are cooking sauce in a saucepan. Finely chop the onion, garlic. Three carrots on a coarse grater. Bulgarian pepper cut into strips.
Step 5:
Fry all the vegetables in vegetable oil, adding in turn: onion, + garlic, + carrot, + pepper.
Step 6:
Add tomato juice. I use canned ground tomatoes (I prepare for the winter), but you can use tomato paste. We pour salt and sugar. Simmer under the lid on low heat until an oil film appears on top.
Step 7:
Take the lightly browned meatballs out of the oven.
Step 8:
Dip into a saucepan with sauce.
Step 9:
Add water (approx. 1/2 st.), you can add 50 ml. of dry red wine (if the dish is prepared for adults). Pour the spices and simmer under the lid until the liquid is almost completely evaporated.
Step 10:
Cook pasta. I cook from Italian long noodles, but you can take any pasta. Everyone cooks pasta in their own way. I pour it into boiling salted water, cook for 3 minutes after boiling, stirring occasionally. Then I turn off the fire, cover it with a lid and let it stand for 10 minutes, stirring a couple of times. Drain the water and put it in the form in which the meatballs were baked.
Step 11:
We also send meatballs with sauce there. Mix it up.
Step 12:
Cover with foil or lid and put in the oven for 5-10 minutes.(t 200)
Step 13:
Take out, remove the foil, mix.
Step 14:
Arrange on plates, sprinkling with green onions. Decorate with greenery. A delicious, flavorful dish is ready!
