Peel the hams from the skin, from the bones, cut the flesh into small pieces. Chop the lard finely. Mix with chicken, squeeze garlic into the mass, add salt, spices.

Pierce the washed intestines in several places and stuff them with meat, forming portioned sausages. Put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Now preheat the oven to 200C, put the kupaty in a baking sleeve and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Serve with a side dish, herbs or salad to taste.
