In a saucepan or in another dish in which you will bake fish in the oven, heat up the vegetable oil and spread the onion. We pass through to transparency.

Peel the carrots, cut into strips, and send them to the onion. Fry until soft.
Step 6:
We put pieces of fish on vegetables. Fry on one side for 3-5 minutes.
Step 7:
Turn over the pieces of fish and fry on the other side for another 3 minutes. The fish should not fry. Just a little grab, turn white.
Step 8:
While the fish is being fried, peel and cut the mushrooms into large slices.
Step 9:
We spread it on the fish. Lightly salt.
Step 10:
We dilute sour cream with water, lightly salt, pepper. If the sour cream is thick, we pour more water.
Step 11:
Pour sour cream on mushrooms. Close the lid and put it in the oven. After 15 minutes, check the presence of sauce in the saucepan. If not enough, you can add a little water. Spoon the mushrooms into the sauce.
Step 12:
If there is enough sauce, remove the lid and simmer in the oven for another 15-20 minutes. The fish is ready.
Boiled rice, mashed potatoes, millet or pearl barley porridge can be served as a side dish.
