Step 1:
I want to share with you a recipe for an awesome dessert, from which you will learn how to make a hot dessert from a baked pear. All this simple process will take you only 10-15 minutes. So, we take the products that we will need for this dish.
Step 2:
We will need three pears. Preferably hard, but medium hardness will do. Pears are thoroughly washed, cut into 4 parts and peeled from the skin and seeds.
Step 3:
In a small saucepan or ladle, mix water with sugar.
Step 4:
Heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then add turmeric and stir everything well.
Step 5:
We bathe our pears in this syrup.
Step 6:
Then put them on a baking sheet. Pour over the remaining syrup. We put it in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. In principle, this is all our work is done, and we can safely do other things.
Step 7:
We put the finished pears warm on a plate, pour the syrup in which they were prepared and serve as an independent dessert. You can additionally pour cranberry or lingonberry sauce. We love these pears with vanilla ice cream.
