Then I put it in a warm place for a couple of hours, and then in a barely warm oven for an hour. After all this, I take a silicone cooking brush and smear the bread with milk with it, and sprinkle poppy seeds, flaxseeds and sesame seeds on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C in a mold or just on a baking sheet, in this case I form a loaf with my hands. Any food is amazing with coarse bread, especially salty ham, podcherevok or buzheninka.
