First you need to sort out the rice from the garbage, rinse it. Then pour boiling water for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, drain the water. Rinse the rice again and cook it in salted water. It should be cooked until half cooked. During this time, it is necessary to peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Put a frying pan on the stove. Pour vegetable oil into it, heat and fry the onion on it until golden brown. Then add minced meat to the onion. Also fry a little. After sprinkle it with finely chopped herbs, mix, cover with a lid and put out a little. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add one egg to it. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put the half-boiled rice. Mix everything thoroughly. Form meatballs from the resulting minced meat and put them on a baking dish, which must be oiled. Then take the tomato paste and mix it with mayonnaise or sour cream. Add salt. Pour this gravy over the meatballs. Cover the form with meatballs with thick foil and put it in the oven, which preheat to 180 degrees. Bake the meatballs for about 40 minutes. Enjoy your appetite!
