Now bread makers are mainly used for home cooking, but sometimes I want something more traditional and in this case I have a wonderful recipe for bread in the oven, which a friend shared with me. An unusually delicious bread that you can eat after a meal with butter and cheese or with whatever you want. First of all, I sift wheat and corn flour through a sieve. I add milk, yeast and, of course, muesli to the bowl with the mixture - the highlight of this culinary recipe. I make a recess in the middle and pour warm water, honey and melted butter into it. I mix everything thoroughly with a Teflon spatula and knead it by hand. I shift the dough onto a floured board and knead the dough diligently for five minutes, then pour pieces of dried apricot into it and knead for another five minutes. I oil a large saucepan, give the dough a spherical shape and transfer it to an oiled bowl. I cover it with a slightly wet towel and keep it in a warm place for an hour. The volume of the test should double. In the meantime, I oil the baking sheet, and give the dough a round shape on a floured table, after slightly pressing it down. I put the loaf on a baking sheet, and in the center of the bread I make curly incisions. For another half hour under a damp towel and in a warm place. I warm up the oven to 200 C, and then bake bread in the oven for about half an hour until the crust becomes firm and ruddy. On a special stand for hot I give the bread to cool down and serve it with any food: meat dishes, salads or in sandwiches.
