Step-by-step cooking
Put milk on the stove in a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour water (boiled) into it. When the milk is ready to boil, pour sugar (to taste), a pinch of salt and sprinkle semolina with a thin stream. At the same time, the milk must be constantly stirred. Turn down the heat and cook until ready. The resulting porridge is cooled, then we drive one egg into it. Peaches (by the way, I took canned peaches, the food turned out juicier with them, my children liked it more) are peeled and cut into thin slices. We do the same with pears (pears must be taken juicy and soft). In a form smeared with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, we spread the porridge in one layer (one third of the whole), we spread peaches and pears beautifully on it. We put porridge on top again, fruit on it, and so on. The fifth and last layer will be a layer of porridge. Beat the second egg in a mixer, add sour cream to it and coat our casserole. Now we send it to the oven 180C for 15-20 minutes.
