For culinary creativity you will need a stove and oven.
Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, cut off the peel, giving the tubers the correct rounded shape. With a sharp, narrow knife, cut out part of the core, but not in breadth, but deep. Cut the bacon into small pieces and stuff each potato. Salt the tubers on all sides. Heat the melted butter and put the potatoes in a frying pan. Fry until golden brown.
Now you need to bring the potatoes to readiness. To do this, preheat the oven and put the dish to bake for 15 minutes.
Fresh green dill is washed and finely chopped.
Spread the potatoes with bacon on small plates, pour melted butter, sprinkle with dill greens.
Bon appetit.
