Step-by-step cooking
My husband loves food very much, which combines products of different taste qualities. One of his favorite dishes is stuffed apples. Now I will tell you about this culinary recipe. To begin with, we wash the chicken and boil it until fully cooked. It usually takes about 20-25 minutes. When the chicken is cooked, we cool it. Now we cut the chicken finely. Then melt the butter. Then add the sifted flour to the oil, mix thoroughly. Add the milk to the mass and mix again. After that, bring the mass to a boil, stirring. Then we salt and pepper the mixture to your taste. And cook again until our mass thickens. When the sauce is ready, mix it well with the fillet. Now we take the washed and dried apples, cut off the top, remove the core like this. Then we stuff the apples with our stuffing, put them on a baking sheet and put it in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes. Ready-made apples are served hot or cold.
