On weekdays, we, housewives, do not want to cook some complicated, energy-consuming food after a hard day's work or being with a child. That's why the best culinary recipe for cooking a dish in the middle of the week is telapia baked in the oven. So, let's start by choosing the right fillet of telapia. Remember - never take a fish in a glaze (water shell), since the mass of water there can be very large and you will ultimately pay for it. Therefore, my advice is to buy only chilled fish fillets, not frozen! And so we chose the fish and brought it home, now we thoroughly wash it in running water. Now we salt, pepper and season the fish to your taste and put it in a fireproof dish. Then peel the onion and cut into small strips onion, bell pepper and pickle. All these vegetables are mixed and lightly fried over medium heat in oil. After that, we put the vegetables in an even layer on top of the fish, pour mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
