Have you ever tried a fish like haddock? If not, then you do not have in your arsenal one of the products from which you can cook a lot of different foods. I personally cook this fish at least 2 times a month, because all my family loves it very much. And now I will tell you about the culinary recipe of haddock baked in the oven. So, to begin with, peel the onion and garlic, chop them finely and fry in vegetable oil together with paprika and coriander. After that, we cut the fish into pieces. Cool the mixture of vegetables. Now we cut the fish into pieces and add a little salt to the haddock fillet and thoroughly smear each piece with vegetable mixture. After that, we put the prepared fish in a deep plate, cover it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour. Then boil the leek leaves in slightly salted water for about 2-3 minutes.
After that, we put the onion leaves so that they slightly go one on top of the other (it turns out a kind of layer), and put pieces of fish on them. Now we wrap each piece of haddock in leek leaves and put it in a baking dish. Then put the fish in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
