Frozen fish is first thawed, thoroughly washed, gutted and made several incisions, but the fish is left intact. Carefully pepper and salt on both sides. After that, we cut the washed cherry tomatoes into slices, you can divide them in half, peeled and washed onion rings and lemon into thin slices. We put these chopped vegetables in each incision. Then we wash and finely chop the parsley and dill and put them inside our carcass. The outer side of the carcass is lubricated with mayonnaise. We put the cooked fish in foil and wrap it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 15-20 minutes on medium heat. The cooking time depends on the size of the fish, in our case we take medium mackerel. So she's ready in 20 minutes. 2-3 minutes before cooking, remove the foil, and leave the fish in the oven to form a ruddy crust. According to this recipe, the fish will turn out very tender and juicy. You can prepare a light salad for this meal.
