Now we remove the fish to marinate in the refrigerator for about 40-50 minutes. After this time, we take the salmon out of the refrigerator, put 4 squares of foil on a baking sheet (1 square for each piece). Lubricate these squares with oil, put one piece of pickled fish each. After that, peel and wash the potatoes, cut into slices and stack around the steak (the calculation is the same: 1 potato, for 1 steak). After that, wrap the foil tightly and send the baking sheet to a preheated 200 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
