Cooking method
Salmon is a very tasty and healthy fish. I love it because it can be cooked in different ways and it turns out very tasty every time. Recently I discovered another recipe for cooking salmon in the oven with herb sauce. The sauce is prepared as follows. A handful of basil and parsley leaves is taken and crushed with a blender. Soak the pieces of white bread in warm water, squeeze out the excess liquid and add to the greens, pour in a handful of breadcrumbs, a tablespoon of olive oil and work with a blender again so that everything is thoroughly crushed. At the end, add the chopped garlic, parmesan cheese, salt and the remaining olive oil. Once again, we grind everything with a blender, bringing the mass to a homogeneous state. The salmon sauce is ready. Now we take our salmon steaks and grease one side with herb sauce. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the salmon on the baking sheet with the side that you smeared with herb sauce. Having laid out all the salmon steaks, brush each with the remaining sauce on top and send it to the oven. The temperature should be high for the first 5 minutes – 260 degrees, then we lower the temperature and bake salmon steaks until ready.
