Step 1:
How to make a miracle with meat? Prepare all the products according to the list. Take the flour of the highest grade and sift it in advance through a fine sieve. Defrost minced meat overnight on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. Peel the onion from the husk, wash and dry. The products for the test should be at room temperature.
Step 2:
Take a deep bowl. Beat the eggs into it, add a pinch of salt and whisk everything with a fork or whisk.
Step 3:
Pour in a glass of water and mix.
Step 4:
In a container with sifted flour, make a recess, pour the egg mass into it and knead the dough. Flour may need a little more or less depending on its properties.
Step 5:
A well-kneaded dough turns out smooth, even and elastic. Cover it with a towel and let it rest for 20 minutes. During this time, the gluten in the flour will swell and it will be easier to work with it.
Step 6:
Meanwhile, do the stuffing. Finely chop the peeled onion.
Step 7:
Put the chopped onion in a bowl and pour it with half a cup of boiling water. Let it stand for a while - so the onion will give its bitterness and become more tender to the taste.
Step 8:
Pour wine or other fruit vinegar into the minced meat (for a miracle it is better to take beef or lamb).
Step 9:
Add ground pepper.
Step 10:
Add a mixture of dry spices - I have a specially selected Caucasian mixture for such dishes.
Step 11:
Now add the filled onion to the minced meat along with water, meat broth is also very often added to the miracle - you choose)
Step 12:
Salt the minced meat.
Step 13:
Mix the minced meat well - and our filling is ready for a miracle!
Step 14:
After the dough has lain down, divide it into equal parts about the size of a fist.
Step 15:
Sprinkle the table with flour. Roll out each piece of dough thinly.
Step 16:
Put minced meat on one half of the dough.
Step 17:
Cover the minced meat with the second half of the dough and pinch the edges well. Do this with all the pieces of dough.
Step 18:
Sprinkle a dry baking sheet with flour and put the prepared miracles on it. For reliability, it is better to cover the baking sheet with baking paper, but do not lubricate with oil or fat.
Step 19:
Bake the miracle at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Choose the exact time according to your oven.
Step 20:
Smear the finished miracle with butter for brightness.

Miracle is a kind of pie, there are a lot of cooking options, but I liked this recipe. They reminded me of big pasties cooked in the oven! Very tasty and not much hassle at all! Try it!

So that the mucous membrane of the eyes is not irritated when slicing onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a piece of lemon before slicing.
