Step 1:

Preparing the sourdough. Pour a glass of warm milk into a bowl, it is better to take sour milk, the yeast dough will turn out even more airy and softer. Add sugar, yeast and 50 g of flour, mix thoroughly. We leave it near the battery for 20 minutes.

Bubbles should appear on the surface of the mixture. Soften the butter in a water bath.
Step 4:
In a bowl with sourdough, we drive an egg, mix gently.

A smaller part of the dough is rolled out on a flattened surface into a rectangle.we spread it with a rolling pin in a greased form. We put it in a warm place for 20 minutes to rise.
