Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the required number of products according to the specified list: kefir, soda, flour, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar and vegetable oil. Also, for the filling, we take thick jam or jam.
Step 2:
First mix kefir with soda, then add egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and vegetable oil to it. Mix everything well.
Step 3:
Next, pour 3 cups of flour into the liquid mixture, knead with a spoon. Then gradually pour in the remaining flour and knead the dough with your hands.
Step 4:
The finished dough should be soft and plastic. It must be sprinkled with flour during cutting.
Step 5:
Roll out the dough on a floured tabletop in a thin layer. The thickness can be 3-7 mm, at your discretion. Thin cookies will bake faster.
Step 6:
We cut out figures from the rolled dough with molds. Before cutting, the sharp edge of the mold must be immersed in flour so that the dough does not stick to it.
Step 7:
Cover the baking sheet with foil or parchment and lubricate with vegetable oil.
Step 8:
Put the dough figures on a greased baking sheet.
Step 9:
Put the baking tray with the future cookies in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Step 10:
We transfer the finished kefir dough cookies from the baking sheet to the dish and let it cool down.
Step 11:
For a change, we glue part of the cookies of the same shape in pairs, smearing with jam.
Step 12:
Simple and delicious cookies on kefir are ready, you can serve them on the table with tea or coffee.
