Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make chicken legs in soy sauce with garlic honey and mustard? Prepare everything you need for this. Rinse the chicken drumsticks in running water and dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Take liquid honey. If it is candied, then it can be melted in a microwave oven.
Step 2:
Take a comfortable deep bowl. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon here and add a spoonful of liquid honey.
Step 3:
Then pour soy sauce and vegetable oil into the bowl. Add mustard. Add paprika and a little salt. Keep in mind that soy sauce itself is already salty. Mix all the ingredients together.
Step 4:
Mix the chicken drumsticks with the resulting marinade. Leave the shins to stand for marinating for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Step 5:
For baking, you can use any heat-resistant mold - glass, ceramic or metal. I'm going to cook in the ceramic. Put the prepared chicken drumsticks into the mold and put them in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-45 minutes. When baking, be guided by your oven.
Step 6:
The finished shins will turn an appetizing golden color. The presence of honey in the marinade gives the chicken a caramel tint. A sufficient amount of sauce is formed in the mold, which can be poured over the legs during the baking process. Remove the baked legs from the oven, transfer to plates and serve to the table!
Step 7:
Optionally, you can add a side dish or fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
