1. In a large bowl, mix the yogurt with salt and 3/4 tablespoon of flour with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Then knead by hand on a floured surface, slowly adding the rest of the flour. Roll out the soft elastic dough with a rolling pin into a pancake of the required diameter and thickness.
2. Place the pancake on a baking sheet covered with baking parchment paper and set aside.

4. In a frying pan, fry the onion in olive oil over medium heat for 20 minutes until the onion is caramelized. Add salt, pepper and garlic. Stir and cook for another minute. Remove from the heat.
5. Grease the pizza pancake with tomato sauce and put the contents of the pan on top. Then sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese, oregano and ham slices.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Garnish with basil before serving.
