Cooking method
1. First of all, knead the dough:
- pour sugar and yeast into a small container, pour a little warm water (about 150 ml), mix and leave for 15 minutes until the foam cap appears;
- sift the flour into a bowl, pour salt, pour the prepared sourdough and vegetable oil, knead the dough.
The dough turns out to be elastic, does not stick to your hands, roll it into one ball and cover it with cling film and leave it warm for an hour.
2. After the specified time, roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut into small triangles. We grind the cheese into crumbs, spread it on the wide side of the triangle, bend the edges in the direction of each other, roll it up. We place the blanks on a baking sheet greased with a piece of butter. Grease the pies with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake until golden, about 20-30 minutes, depending on the type of oven.
Serve on the table with a cup of tea or coffee.
