Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products for making a cupcake.
Step 2:
Mix semolina, sugar and salt.
Step 3:
While stirring, pour in the milk.
Step 4:
Add vegetable oil, mix so that the oil is completely mixed with semolina and milk. Leave the future dough for an hour so that the semolina swells.
Step 5:
Turn the oven on 180 degrees. Prepare a baking dish, baking sheet. Add the sifted flour with baking powder to the dough. Mix it up.
Step 6:
Add the raisins. Without delay, transfer the dough into a mold and send it to the oven. Bake the cupcake for about 35-45 minutes.
Step 7:
I baked a cupcake in a silicone mold, so I didn't grease it with anything.
Step 8:
The finished cupcake should be taken out, cooled and, if desired, decorated with powdered sugar or icing.
