Cooking method
1. We put sour cream in a bowl, add seasoning suitable for fish, white and black pepper, salt. Mix it up.
2. We put the mixture in a baking dish, level it.
3. Cut the hake fillet into large pieces, spread on the sour cream mixture, sprinkle with spices.
4. Put the onion, cut into rings, and lemon slices on the fish.
5. Add broccoli inflorescences to the mold.
6. Bake the fish for 20 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
