Cookie bugs with yeast with condensed milk

Prepare cookies with condensed milk and an original name! Children will appreciate it! Easy-to-prepare cookies with sweet filling are very much loved by my children. We bake it always together - they really like to wrap condensed milk in future bugs :)))

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 50 min

1. Mix dry yeast with 1 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp sugar.
2. Add warm water, stir. Put in a warm place for 10 minutes.
3. Sift the flour into a bowl.
4. To the flour, rub the margarine on a coarse grater, pour salt. Mix everything together.
5. Put sour cream in a bowl with flour and margarine, break 1 egg, pour in the yeast mixture.
6. Knead the dough. Let the dough come up in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
7. Divide the dough that has come up into 4 parts. Form a ball from each one and roll it into a round layer several mm thick. Cut each layer like a cake - into 12 wedges.
8. Spread condensed milk on the wide side of the wedges, twist it and put it on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
9. Let the future bugs come up for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
10. Beat the second egg in a cup, smear them with cookies. Sprinkle sugar on top (if desired).
11. Bake bugs in a preheated oven (230 degrees) 15 minutes (until ruddy).
