Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Preparing yeast dough for our Turkish buns. In 100 grams of warm milk, we dissolve sugar and yeast.
Step 2:
Let the yeast come up and take a small cap.
Step 3:
Add the remaining warm milk and salt to the yeast.
Step 4:
Sift 500 grams of flour. Knead the sticky dough.
Step 5:
Add vegetable oil and mix it well into the dough so that it is no longer so sticky.
Step 6:
Pour in the remaining and pre-sifted flour and finally knead the dough. We form a ball.
Step 7:
Cover the bowl with the dough with a napkin or food wrap and put it in a warm place for an hour or an hour and a half.
Step 8:
Melt butter on the stove or in the microwave.
Step 9:
Tear off small pieces from the dough. We make a small thin cake from a piece with our hands.
Step 10:
Lubricate it with melted butter.
Step 11:
Roll the tortilla into a roll.
Step 12:
Stretch it a little in length, twist it into a spiral and connect both ends, forming a circle. We make blanks from the whole dough.
Step 13:
Beat the egg with a fork, broom or silicone brush in a small deep bowl.
Step 14:
Spread the buns on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Let the Turkish buns come up, lubricate them with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and black cumin. We send it for 20-25 minutes in a preheated 180-degree oven.
Step 15:
Now you know how to bake Turkish buns with butter. After baking, they will become ruddy and lush. Enjoy your meal!
I recommend baking these wonderful buns with butter to anyone who likes unsweetened pastries. They are prepared quite easily, but they look like they have just been brought from a professional bakery. Turkish buns according to this recipe are very soft, with an oil layer and a beautiful decoration in the form of sesame seeds and cumin. They look very original and appetizing, and also smell nice and fragrant, especially fresh. It's not a shame to treat friends with such buns, inviting them to visit you!
