Step 1:

Pour in the serum at room temperature, mix. The butter must be melted, added to the dough and mixed again. Set the combined ingredients aside for 15-30 minutes.
Step 3:
Grease the baking dish with butter (you can powder the mold with a small amount of flour, semolina), put slices of peeled apples and pieces of bananas on the bottom. In this recipe, a ceramic baking dish with a diameter of 27 cm was used, the height of the rim of this mold is 4 cm.
Step 4:
Add soda slaked with lemon juice to the dough, mix. Sift wheat flour and add to the dough. Stir again.
Step 5:
Transfer the finished dough into a pre-prepared baking dish with slices of fruit. It is very convenient to remove the remains of the dough from the bowl using a silicone spatula.
Step 6:
Put the dough in a preheated form to 180 degrees and bake for about 35 minutes. The charlotte should rise and brown on top.
This recipe for charlotte with apples and banana can be varied by adding sweet spices to the dough, for example, natural vanilla or vanillin, ground cinnamon or ginger, nutmeg. You can put grated lemon or orange zest in the dough. Poppy seeds, chopped nuts, coconut chips, chocolate drops added to the dough will also bring their own unique flavor to this dish.
Instead of slaked soda, you can take a bag of baking powder, it's 10 g.
